Circuit Training plus Core Strengthening
A total body workout for both Women and Men of all ages. All muscle groups are challenged with resistance exercises combined with cardio.
Instructors: Rich Greenlee, AFAA and Les Mills Certified Group Fitness ( former owner of the Bodywise Fitness Studio in Philadelphia, PA.)
- Classes are Wednesday Mornings from 8 to 9am
- Session are 5 weeks long
- $45 per 5 week session
- Drop in rates $10 per class
