Aerobics class

Get through the middle of your week with Energy!  

This class will feature high intensity interval training.

High Intensity Interval Training
  • Classes are Monday Mornings from 8 to 9am
  • Session are 5 weeks long
  • $45 per 5 week session
  • Drop in rates $10 per class
