Your Monday Morning Wake-up Call!  

A Complete Conditioning Class that will challenge you aerobically as well as provide strength training. We will meet on the basketball court. 


Instructor:  Rich Greenlee, AFAA and Les Mills Certified Group Fitness (former owner of the Bodywise Fitness Studio in Philadelphia, PA.)

Sessions
  • Classes are hosted on the 2nd floor in the weight room
  • Monday Mornings from 8 to 9am
  • $45 per 5 week session
  • Drop in rates $10 per class
