A Complete Conditioning Class that will challenge you aerobically as well as provide strength training. We will meet on the basketball court.
Instructor: Rich Greenlee, AFAA and Les Mills Certified Group Fitness (former owner of the Bodywise Fitness Studio in Philadelphia, PA.)
- Classes are hosted on the 2nd floor in the weight room
- Monday Mornings from 8 to 9am
- $45 per 5 week session
- Drop in rates $10 per class
