Get through the middle of your week with Energy!  This class will feature high intensity interval training.   Taught by Liz Barker, 200 hour, YA member
 
5:00 PM - 5:45 PM    Senior Chair Exercise Class - Senior Chair Exercise Class
Senior Chair Exercise Class Wednesdays at 4PM in the Rec Center fitness room. There would be options to use light weights, or not, at certain points in the class but for most of the class we would not be using weights.  The focus of this class will be on increasing your mobility, flexibility, bone density, balance and core strength.  And also, having fun!  Individual limitations as well as specific needs will also be addressed. This class is perfect for anyone from 50 to 100 years of age! $8 per class or $35 for a 5-week commitment.
