Here is a class for you - regardless of your age or current level of fitness.  Options will be given to make this class provide something for you regardless of whether you are a beginner or experienced exerciser!  The focus will be on providing options that work for you!  The class may utilize dumb-bells or various "circuit" equipment or just body weight.  You will be coached to become the very best YOU!

The Hartland Rec. Center will be hosting "British Soccer Camps" this Spring and Summer in cooperation with Challenger Sports, the largest soccer camp operator in the U.S. and Canada.http://www.challengersports.com/
 
4:00 PM - 4:45 PM    Senior Chair Exercise Class - Senior Chair Exercise Class
Senior Chair Exercise Class Wednesdays at 4PM in the Rec Center fitness room. There would be options to use light weights, or not, at certain points in the class but for most of the class we would not be using weights.  The focus of this class will be on increasing your mobility, flexibility, bone density, balance and core strength.  And also, having fun!  Individual limitations as well as specific needs will also be addressed. This class is perfect for anyone from 50 to 100 years of age! $8 per class or $35 for a 5-week commitment.
